Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jude Dunican Medical Aesthetics. We are a CQC-registered clinic committed to providing safe, evidence-based aesthetic medicine of the highest clinical standard. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments and treatments. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Deposit

A £50 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is fully redeemable against the cost of your treatment on the day.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a cancellation or reschedule made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change, and we are happy to accommodate up to two reschedules per booking, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. After two reschedules, the appointment cannot be rescheduled again. A new booking, with a new deposit, will be required.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking deposit. For course appointments, a late cancellation may be counted as a treatment from your course.

No-shows

Patients who fail to attend an appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit in full. Repeated no-shows may result in us being unable to offer future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment safely within the remaining time, and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Preparing for your appointment

To help us deliver your treatment safely and efficiently, we recommend attending with minimal or no makeup, with your hair tied back, and wearing a black t-shirt where possible, particularly for facial and skin treatments.

Consultations & Medical Suitability

All new patients are required to complete a full medical consultation before any treatment is carried out. It is essential that you disclose your complete and accurate medical history, including all medications, allergies, previous treatments and relevant conditions. Failure to do so may affect your suitability and safety.

As a regulated medical clinic, we reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed. Your safety always comes first.

All patients must be aged 18 or over. Photographic ID may be requested.

Prescription-only Medicines

Treatments involving prescription-only medicines, such as botulinum toxin, require a face-to-face consultation with our independent nurse prescriber before a prescription can be issued. Prescriptions are patient-specific and cannot be transferred.

Treatment Courses

Courses of treatment must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Course bookings are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms as individual appointments.

Courses are non-transferable. If a course cannot be completed for medical reasons, any remaining balance may, at our discretion, be transferred to alternative treatments or products of equivalent value.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. As treatments are provided as clinical services, refunds cannot be offered once a treatment has been carried out. Aesthetic outcomes can vary between individuals, and while we always aim for excellent results, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

If you have any concerns about your results, please contact the clinic - we will always invite you back for a review appointment.

Review Appointments

Complimentary review appointments are offered following certain treatments, typically at two to three weeks. Any adjustment identified as clinically appropriate at review will be carried out at no additional cost. Reviews requested outside this window may be treated as a new appointment.

Photography & Confidentiality

Clinical photography, including Observ 520x imaging, is taken as part of your medical record for all treatments. These images are stored securely and confidentially in line with UK GDPR. Photographs will never be used for marketing or social media without your separate, explicit written consent, which you are free to decline or withdraw at any time.

Children & Chaperones

For safety and insurance reasons, children cannot accompany patients into the treatment room and cannot be left unsupervised in the clinic. You are welcome to bring a chaperone to your appointment.

Feedback & Complaints

We welcome all feedback. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us at info@judedunican.com, and we will respond promptly under our complaints procedure. As a CQC-registered provider, we take all concerns seriously and handle them with care and transparency.
